It may strike some people as kinda early to be thinking much about the 2004 elections. This is an understandable position considering they are roughly 20 months away. But before you dismiss this post out of hand chew on a couple points.

Lest anyone mistake the previous [see last post] trumped up story about the Green candidate in the CO 7th race for the lone action of a bored reporter, the RMN is again trying to peddle the same line. It is not exactly news to anyone in Colorado but the campaigns there have become quite nasty. Democrats in several races are widely thought to have a shot, in dramatic contrast to recent elections.
